1. All prices shown are subject to variation and change at our discretion.
   
2. All prices shown always include VAT at the current  standard rate of 17½%.
   
3. Prices do not include delivery except for values over £100 in the UK only. Parcelforce or equal standard     service is provided. Standard International postal   services are used for countries outside the UK and these will be charged at cost.  We also use 1st Class post for smaller items.
   
4. Please help us by always clearly describing your           requirements by letter or fax. Always include your      telephone number where you can be reached during the daytime in case we need to contact you.  No website can be absolutely safe we therefore recommend you make telephone/fax/post orders, but despatch will not be made until full payment is received.
   
5. You can contact us at the shop/office, during the hours 10.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. You are always welcome to visit our shop, but please if you have to travel some distance, check with us first because there are times we may not be open, and we don't want you to have a wasted journey.

IMPORTANT NOTE     Many of the bears are specially made or   manufactured for the collectors market and therefore they do not comply with EEC directives covering toys (88/378/ECC/Appx 11) and they are not suitable for children. For children always buy CE  marked soft toys or bears--please ask if in doubt.

We now offer free postage to mainland UK on all orders over £100.
We obviously cannot show you everything we have to offer but please feel free to browse and enjoy yourselves. For the past 18 years we have always been proud of the personal service we provide to you the customer, and, we have endeavoured to ensure that our prices were always amongst the lowest to be found in the UK.
We therefore promise that we will match any price offered by other UK      retailers providing they are a proper reputable teddy bear shop, VAT        registered, and, the bear is not a sale or special offer and is new !
We are known for keeping our word and have a reputation for dealing     honestly and fairly with all customers, and, of course our extensive      knowledge of collecting bears whether old or new has gained us a worldwide reputation to be envied.  This reputation has enabled us to constantly look after our regular customers and to exist all these years   without having to advertise as everyone else seems to have to do !.  This is why we can keep our prices down for you the customer.
